Seymour Legrand "Cy" Cromwell II (February 17, 1934 – May 2, 1977) was an American rower who competed in the 1964 Summer Olympics.
He was born in New York City and died in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
In 1964 he won the silver medal with his partner Jim Storm in the double sculls event.
